Someone asked me for recipe ya rice😍
Ingredients :
1and 1/2 cups rice ,Cooked
3 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
80ml green peas, frozen
80ml black beans
1/3 cup finely chopped red pepper pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped yellow pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt
Instructions :
Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the onion, turmeric and cumin cook until golden.
Add the frozen peas and peppers and stir for 5 minutes.
Stir in the cooked rice and all the remaining ingredients.
Stir frequently, for about 8 to 10 minutes on a low heat allowing the flavors to blend.
Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
